Winter 2015 contest – what a turnout!

What a day! What a turnout! Many many thanks to Microsoft and Microsoft Teals for hosting the PSCSTA programming competition on Saturday, December 12th. Spring 2015 Contest, Huge Success!

Last weekend, we hosted our second Programming Contest of the school year at the Living Computer Museum. In total ~200 students participated (in grades 8 – 12) on 85 teams! This event was made possible with the dedication of our Programming Contest Committee which was lead by Lauren Bricker, Frances Davies, Michael Johnson, Brian Sea, and Justin Spielmann. Winter 2014 Contest Report

On Saturday, December 13th, 331 students from 27 schools across the Puget Sound participated in our biannual programming contest. Due to high demand in the previous contest we arranged to host the contest at two sites: UW Seattle and Microsoft Redmond. Spring 2014 Programming Contest Report

246 students in 91 teams representing 24 schools joined us on Saturday, December 14th for a programming competition jointly hosted UW CSE’s DawgBytes program!  The event was generously sponsored by Microsoft. 2012 December Programming Contest

Registration is now open for the December 15th programming contest!  See the programming contests page for the registration form and more details. Another successful competition has come and gone! We had 27 teams participate from 12 schools, 12 judges from industry, and 10 advisors.  Amazon.com was our official sponsor!
